Rebecca Wade KC leading Marcus Harry, secured a lesser sentence for their client, accused of his grandfather’s murder.

Jakob Walpole was accused of inflicting head injuries on his Grandfather, who passed away 6 days later. The case was primarily built on CCTV footage, mobile phone evidence and messages.

Following a three week trial, the defendant was cleared of murder and sentenced for manslaughter at Warwick Crown Court last Wednesday.

Rebecca and Marcus were instructed by Stephen Moore and Co Solicitors.
