St Philips Family Finance Team Demonstrate a Mock Virtual Private FDR

On Monday 27th July 2020 at 16:00, as part of our continued collaborative efforts during these difficult times, St Philips Barristers have teamed up with Spratt Endicott Solicitors, together with the Oxford and Milton Keynes Resolutions. We will be jointly hosting a Mock Private FDR, to demonstrate, explain and discuss the use of Private FDR’s in Financial Remedy cases.

In this current climate where many financial hearings are necessarily being adjourned, Private FDR’s are a possible solution for your clients.

The participants will consist of a panel of our Barristers;

• Francesca Fothergill will act as the Private FDR judge
• Juliet Allen will act for the applicant husband (Huw Jones)
• Victoria Edmonds will act for the respondent wife (Leisha Bond)

There will be a question and answer session at the end and a chance to discuss with the panel, how Private FDR’s can work for your clients.
