Our Junior Financial Remedies Team are pleased to invite you to their forthcoming Seminar.
On 30 April, the Supreme Court heard the appeal in respect of Standish v Standish which addressed the thorny question of non-matrimonial property becoming ‘matrimonialised’. Our panel, consisting of Luke Tallis, Molly Roberts, Conor Flaherty and Keiron McCabe will discuss the key points to take away from the judgment as well as the practical implications for the busy practitioner.
The panel will also discuss how to effectively implement a final order, including implementation of an order for sale which is being obstructed by a rule resident spouse.
