Zaheer Afzal and Ryan Hodgins have secured not guilty verdicts for a client accused of modern slavery and theft offences. Subsequent to the defence team’s discovery that the prosecution had failed to disclose a crucial document, the prosecution offered no evidence to every count on the indictment and the accused received not guilty verdicts.

Zaheer and Ryan were instructed by Lauren Thomas of Turnocks Defence Solicitors Limited.
