Motoring and Road Traffic

Our roads have become ever more crowded and at the same time, the legal obligations of motorists have become more and more onerous. Safety cameras and high-tech policing measures have spread throughout the UK.

Motoring offences are the aspect of criminal law most likely to affect the majority of the public on a day-to-day basis.

To many people, disqualification from driving will lead to the loss of income or the loss of employment. The entitlement to drive is essential in this day and age. Our road traffic and motoring barrister team has the experience and expertise needed to deal with any legal problem the road user may face – from prosecution for serious cases involving death or catastrophic injury to hearings before the Traffic Commissioners.
