International Crime

St Philips is “one of the few non-London leading international criminal law [sets]” (Chambers and Partners). Members of the criminal barrister group are listed counsel at the International Criminal Court and the various ad hoc international tribunals.

St Philips members have represented both accused and victims at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, the International Criminal Court and the Special Tribunal for Lebanon. In the allied field of Military Courts Martial, St. Philips Chambers boasts a significant number of highly skilled Counsel, some of whom are ex-military personnel.

The Group has successfully represented service personnel at Courts Martial both at home and abroad and in all manner of cases from murder to common assault.
