We are confirm a half day seminar aimed at enhancing interested parties understanding of Expedited Reviews under the Licensing Act 2003.

Whilst not common for many licensing authorities to have to deal with, Expedited Review Applications can occur in any borough and when received by a licensing authority they involve prompt compliance with requirements and deadlines that greatly distinguish them from standard review applications.

It is hoped this seminar, which will be attended by both council and police officers, will better prepare all parties to this process by discussing the relevant sections of the Act, the associated regulations, the Section 182 Guidance and relevant case law.

Our panel for the session will be Andrew Evans and Duncan Craig.
