Our Annual Real Estate Conference is taking place on Wednesday 11 November 2026 at The Exchange, Birmingham.
This year’s conference promises a packed day of practical legal updates, thought-provoking discussion, interactive sessions and networking, bringing together members of the St Philips Real Estate team, members of the Judiciary and leading external experts from across the property sector.
We are delighted to confirm that Her Honour Judge Emma Kelly, Designated Civil Judge for Birmingham, will be the Keynote Speaker at this year’s Annual Real Estate Conference.
Called to the Bar in 1997, HHJ Kelly practised in Birmingham, latterly at St Philips Chambers. She was appointed a District Judge in 2015 and a Recorder in 2018, before becoming a Senior Circuit Judge and the Designated Civil Judge for Birmingham in 2021. She will open this year’s conference with a keynote address on best practice when applying for urgent injunctions in the Business and Property Courts.
It is particularly special for us to welcome HHJ Kelly back to St Philips in her role as Keynote Speaker, and we are very grateful to her for joining us at The Exchange in Birmingham on Wednesday 11 November 2026.
