Following an external request by the Dutch authorities under the Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Henry advised the CPS throughout in their obtaining of a restraint order.

The order was granted restraining inter alia almost 2 dozen properties, including several in Central London. Complex structures including B. V. I. company shares held by a Seychelles trust were involved but the ultimate owner was determined and deemed to be the owner of ‘realisable property’.
