William Horwood considers the case of Tousi v Gaydukova, its journey through the appellate courts, and what the various decisions could mean for the definitions of void marriage and non-marriage.

Joinder
Jonathan Nosworthy and Davinia Riley consider when third parties (particularly companies) should and should not be joined to financial remedy proceedings.

Special measures
Gemma Bowes considers participatory directions and special measures in financial remedy proceedings.

Is it equitable to ignore domestic abuse when considering the distribution of assets on divorce?
