Chris Millington KC, leading Ben Gow of KCH Garden Square Chambers secures an acquittal for his client following a 5-week murder trial at Leicester Crown Court. Instructed by Tuckers Solicitors their client was jointly charged with the Kidnap and Murder of T.T where the victim suffered over 200 cuts and stab wounds. Each defendant gave evidence blaming the other for the injuries inflicted before the jury returned verdicts convicting the co-defendant of murder. Chris Millington KC’s client was acquitted of murder and convicted of manslaughter.
