Employment in the High Court

Our Employment in the High Court Group is experienced in all areas of employment-related High Court litigation, ranging from seeking and defending injunctive relief applications arising from alleged breach of restraint of trade covenants and breach of confidentiality claims, to bonus disputes, wrongful dismissal claims, and pensions and health insurance claims.

Our employment barristers' expertise in both High Court and Employment Tribunal litigation enables them to give informed and strategic advice on questions such as the availability of claims and defences in both the High Court and Employment Tribunal, the appropriate choice of forum including the risks and benefits, and the appropriate strategy for litigation including by proceeding or seeking a stay in either forum.

Every senior member of the team is recommended by the legal press.
