Welcome from the Head of the Business & Property Group
St Philips Business and Property Group, the domestic and international dispute resolution team of St Philips Chambers, an award-winning multi-disciplinary set of barristers.
Strong client relationships and an understanding of their needs are central to how we work, how we assist our clients in achieving their goals, and how we strive to excel on their behalf.
Our specialist teams are formed of barristers with industry recognised expertise and market knowledge; delivering advocacy and advisory services for commercial clients and private individuals from the UK and overseas in a wide variety of matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Many of these members are acknowledged by the legal directories as leaders in their fields, the latest of which can be viewed on the following pages.
Working in partnership with our clients, we aim to exceed expectations and are confident in our ability to provide a truly exceptional service.
“Justin Luckman is the best. He looks after us really well and is very commercial in his approach. He and his team understand the challenges with different types of clients and always tailor their terms to be commercial. Justin always goes out of his way to ensure the advocates are available to us when we need them. He’s the most effective of all the barristers’ clerks I’ve ever worked with.” – Chambers and Partners
“By far the best clerked set outside London. Arron Snipe always puts himself out to find the right counsel for the client at a sensible rate.” – Legal 500
“Second to none, friendly, efficient, pro-active and understanding of the way insolvency works.” – Legal 500
