“Ruby has just dealt with a Final Hearing in a private law case for us. As soon as she received the bundle she got to grips with the case, discussed it with me, was happy to speak to the client directly and went on to prepare a detailed PS. Ruby kept me well informed, prepared a detailed Attendance Note and was wholly professional throughout. It is really refreshing to have an enthusiastic Counsel who values both lay and professional client care so highly.” Solicitor
“Given the complexity of this case, this was one of the best opening position statements I have heard in a while- I thought you were very thorough and you have presented a really strong case for our position.” Local Authority Team Manager
“I think you assisted me beautifully in Court.” Lay client
“Ruby was incredible in acting for ‘difficult parents’ who would without fail request that Ruby was kept on the case as they felt listened to and that the court was able to hear their voice, through her, even when the outcomes, which were expected, were not what the parents wanted they still felt that they had a fight.” Solicitor
“Ruby really made a massive difference to that young person’s life and she felt heard” solicitor
