Abigail’s care practice regularly sees her representing parents, local authorities, interveners and children’s guardians and her experience extends to cases involving:

Abigail strives to achieve the best outcome for her client and is known for providing realistic and well-founded advice. She has extensive experience in negotiating consent orders on behalf of clients where previous agreement has not been possible and where detail has been key.
