We are delighted to release the full programme and list of speakers for our upcoming Real Estate Litigation Annual Conference on Tuesday 8 October 2024.

For the first time this year, we will be hosting a full day conference externally at The Exchange, an iconic building located in Centenary Square in Birmingham City Centre. This will enable us to accommodate increased capacity and embrace innovative methods of training designed to enhance the learning experience for delegates.

The topics to be explored in the morning include recent developments in the law of adverse possession and restrictive covenants and a tripartite series focusing on the validity and service property notices – essential to any property practitioner’s practice.

The afternoon will focus on commercial property starting with a masterclass on lease renewals both from a legal and an expert’s perspective.

The conference will be rounded up with an interactive case study, intended to give delegates a better understanding of the relative strength of their evidence in lease renewal and leasehold valuation cases.
