We are excited to share a unique opportunity to enhance your understanding of inquest proceedings through our upcoming half-day hybrid seminar.

Combining an expert Counsel panel with pre-recorded footage of a mock inquest, we will deliver a realistic perspective on how inquest proceedings unfold in reality.

Our panel for the session will be Sara Lewis KC, James Puzey and Sofia Ashraf.

The panel will provide in-depth commentary, offering:

  • Guidance on procedural steps and the roles of key participants
  • Insights into the examination of witnesses and the intricacies of Coronial processes
  • Expert perspectives from both sides of the bench, informed by their extensive Coronial experience

This session is designed to equip attendees with practical knowledge to navigate inquests confidently and effectively.
