The Head of our Business and Property Group, Marc Brown, has recently been commissioned by LexisNexis to work as the main contributor to five volumes of the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents.

This follows on from the significant amount of work Marc undertook as the sole contributing author on the updated volumes of Atkins Court Forms on Bankruptcy (two volumes), Partnerships Insolvency (one volume) which have published recently, and Companies Insolvency (three volumes) which is due to publish very shortly.

Commenting on his work with LexisNexis, Marc said:

“I am very pleased to have worked on the updating of these volumes as a contributor, as they fall within my area of expertise.

Atkins Court Forms is a valuable resource providing commentary and precedents and these volumes on bankruptcy, companies and partnership insolvency have been brought fully up to date. I look forward to continuing my work as a contributor with LexisNexis.”

Matthias Mueller, Strategic Content Lead at LexisNexis Legal and Professional commented:

“We are proud to have worked with Marc Brown on updating the Atkins Court Forms volumes on bankruptcy, companies, and partnership insolvency. Marc is a highly skilled and experienced practitioner in the field of insolvency law, and their work on updating these volumes has ensured that they remain a valuable resource for practitioners. We look forward to continuing our work with Marc in the future.”
