Gemma Bowes joins St Philips Family Team

We are delighted to announce that Gemma Bowes will be joining the Family Group here at St Philips.

Gemma is a Children specialist with 9 years experience and practices exclusively within Public Law Care proceedings with experience of :

• Non-accidental injuries (bruising, fractures, head injury)
• Child death
• Sexual abuse
• Fabricated/induced illness
• Psychiatric illness
• Substance misuse
• Chronic neglect
• Parental alienation
• Threats of honour killing and risk of forced marriage
• Children who have been brought into the country illegally
• Overseas assessment and placement
• Designation arguments
• Jurisdiction issues
• Children giving evidence

Gemma will be a fantastic addition to FLPG and we look forward to working with her going forwards.
