You are invited to join Tony Verduyn for this free 40 minute webinar, as he chairs a discussion between fellow mediators Naomi Candlin and Jonathan Gale, to consider the implications of the recent paper by the Civil Justice Council on Compulsory ADR.

Taking place at 9.30am on Thursday 9th December 2021, they will look at a range of practical issues to explore the pros and cons of mediation, including:

  • the ‘sweet spot’ to settle a dispute,
  • the likely approach of the courts to parties’ refusal to mediate,
