On 6 November, a group of Chinese High Court Commercial Judges from the Province of Hainan visited St Philips, including Madame Zhang, the Deputy Head of Civil Justice in Hainan.

They met with John Randall QC and Andrew Charman. John and Andrew spoke to the Judges about their respective practices in both Commercial Litigation and Commercial Arbitration, and about the international work applying English law in which they have each been involved.
