Specialist employment law barrister Bruce Frew, instructed by Consilia Legal, has successfully represented John Lansdown the only seafarer to reject a payoff from P&O following the mass sackings that took place in March 2022, in his unfair dismissal case.

Mr Lansdown has received an out-of-court settlement after P&O accepted it had acted unfairly in his sacking.
