Birmingham Chancery Litigant-in-Person Scheme launch event

We are delighted that the first event to be hosted in Chambers this year will be the Birmingham Chancery Litigant-in-Person Scheme (B-CLIPS) launch event. B-CLIPS has been established by Advocate alongside the Midland Chancery and Commercial Bar Association (MCCBA).

When: Tuesday 9th January, from 1700
Where: St Philips Chambers

The scheme will provide on-the-day advice and advocacy for unrepresented parties on the Interim Applications List of the Business and Property Court in front of the District Judge Chancery Applications List in the High Court every Friday.
