Ben Williams secures Suspended Sentence in firearms case.
Ben was instructed on a private basis by Tim Baker of Holborn Adams. The Defendant was charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and also racial harassment of a police officer.
Following detailed written and oral submissions from Ben, the Resident Judge at Guildford Crown Court was persuaded that the circumstances were “unusual” and it was appropriate to suspend the otherwise inevitable prison sentence.
