We recognise that clients demand specialist knowledge from barristers who are technically astute, excellent in court and aware of wider commercial issues and personable.

In April-May 2023 Patrick Keith represented the National Crime Agency in a four-week trial concerning whistleblowing, disability discrimination, harassment, victimisation, holiday pay, working time regulations, various breaches of contract and constructive unfair dismissal. The Claimant was claiming £3m in damages for the way he felt he had been treated, and the Respondent had pursued disciplinary proceedings concerning the Claimant’s actions both in and out of his employment. All claims were dismissed.
