We are delighted to invite you to an informal and engaging seminar in chambers discussing the legal landscape around jurisdiction and forum conveniens in divorce and financial remedy proceedings.

William Horwood, who has acted in several divorce and financial remedy cases raising international issues including the landmark case of Tousi v Gaydukova [2024] EWCA Civ 203, will consider the changes in the legal landscape around jurisdiction post-Brexit as well as offering strategies for navigating this complex subject.

Following the end of the seminar, we invite you to remain in chambers for networking and refreshments.
