Following the recent publication of Harcourt Chambers barrister Rob George’s “Ward of Court and the Inherent Jurisdiction” we would like to congratulate our pupil barrister Katie Stephens for the excellent and diligent work she undertook as a Research Assistant to Rob, collecting and cataloguing relevant cases from Bailii from the past 20 years.

The book, which explores the High Court’s powers under its inherent jurisdiction and wardship in relation to children and incapacitous and vulnerable adults, is available to access for free online via the link below.
