On behalf of Birmingham City Council, Ben Mills has secured the successful prosecution of a headteacher in a complex and sensitive matter involving the operation of a £450,000 illegal streaming enterprise from their home.

Paul Merrell admitted two offences under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act.
