Jonathan Barker secures suspended sentence for businessman involved in the international sale of unauthorised covid-19 test kits during the global coronavirus pandemic.

The prosecution agreed not to proceed with an allegation of fraud and instead accepted a plea to an offence contrary to the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
