Given that property is located abroad, even if a Claimant obtains judgment in the English Courts, how does one go about enforcing such a judgment? The final talk of the series will see Raghav will be exploring the principles that apply in determining enforcement and recognition of judgments in relation to cross-border property disputes, to assist legal professionals in advising clients on enforcement and recognition in a cross-border dispute involving property located abroad.

The seminar will provide a practical roadmap to assist legal professionals in advising clients on whether or not English Courts have jurisdiction to hear such a cross-border dispute.
