Given that property is located abroad, even if a Claimant obtains judgment in the English Courts, how does one go about enforcing such a judgment? The seminar will provide a practical roadmap to assist legal professionals in advising clients on whether or not English Courts have jurisdiction to hear such a cross-border dispute.
