Naomi Candlin – Call 2003 – Deputy District Judge
Naomi is an experienced barrister, CMC registered mediator and Deputy District Judge who specialises in contentious probate, Inheritance Act claims and cohabitation and trusts of land disputes. As a Deputy District Judge she sits in civil, financial remedy, private family and the Court of Protection. As a Financial Remedy Court judge, she has direct experience of conducting FDRs and brings this expertise together with her legal knowledge and evaluative mediation skills to private FDRs. She offers such FDRs in all areas of her expertise and is happy to conduct them in person or remotely.
Davinia Riley – Call 2004
Being regularly instructed in claims pursuant to the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TLATA), she also has extensive experience in civil litigation and is also able to sit as a FDR judge in cohabitee disputes.
