This one-hour seminar will seek to address some of the current tricky legal and procedural issues facing financial remedy practitioners using an informative and interesting format loosely based upon University Challenge.
Birmingham University Alumni will be pitched against the best of the rest.
The topics will be diverse and will include how pensions should be divided, when third parties should be joined, current trends in respect of spousal maintenance and the effective use of ADR.
