Tamsin Sandiford was delighted to appear in the Supreme Court on 21st May 2026 in the highly anticipated whistleblowing appeal in Wicked Vision v Rice. Led by Adam Solomon KC of Littleton Chambers, Tamsin appeared alongside Chris Milsom of Cloisters Chambers on behalf of the Claimant, instructed by Sarah Begley of The Wilkes Partnership.

Tamsin previously acted for the Claimant at Court of Appeal and Employment Appeal Tribunal level.

The Supreme Court was sitting in Glasgow last week for the first time in its history, as part of its widening engagement and access initiative. The Court, consisting of Lord Reed, Lord Stephens, Lady Rose, Lady Simler, and Lord Doherty, has reserved judgment.

The Court will now determine whether claimants will be permitted to bring claims of dismissal as a whistleblowing detriment, or whether they will be limited to an automatic unfair dismissal claim under Part X Employment Rights Act 1996.
