Richard Atkins KC leading Jonathan Barker successfully represented Dyce Barnfield who was acquitted by a jury of the murder and manslaughter of David Hallatt following a 3 week trial at Lewes Crown Court sitting at Hove.

Christopher Millington KC leading Rag Chand represented co-defendant Lee Egan who was also acquitted of murder. Mr Egan pleaded guilty to the offence of manslaughter in advance of the trial and will be sentenced in due course.
