Ryan Hodgins appeared at the inquest touching the death of a MHT service user, before Birmingham Coroners Court. The five-day Article 2 inquest was heard before HM Area Coroner Emma Brown, in the presence of a jury.
The jury did not identify any failings in relation to the level of care received under the Trust or otherwise. A report preventing future deaths was ruled unnecessary in this case.
Ryan was instructed by Soraya Boloorsaz-Mashadi of Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust.
Ryan can be instructed through James Withers, Regulatory Senior Clerk at St Philips Chambers, on 0121 246 2175.
