St Philips Chambers is delighted to announce that Richard Atkins QC has been elected as the Leader of the Midland Circuit. His term of office runs from the 1st of October 2014 until the 30th of  September 2017. He continues to practise from Chambers dealing with serious criminal and regulatory cases.
