Philip Beardwell has secured the successful prosecution of Ashley Kosciekowski at Shrewsbury Crown Court following a head-on vehicle crash which killed 19-year-old Charlotte Hope and left her mother with serious injuries.

Kosciekowski was jailed for six years and four months on 22nd December 2022 and disqualified from driving for seven years and one month after admitting causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
