The event will be held at the offices of Gowling WLG LLP at 2 Snowhill, Birmingham B4 6WR at 6pm and should conclude at about 7.30pm. Refreshments will be served from 5.45pm onwards.

This presentation covers all the significant developments in unfair dismissal over the last couple of years and touches upon issues such as the effect of appeals, reliance on previous warnings, section 111A Pre-termination negotiations and remedy.
