Kevin Hegarty QC, instructed by Cartwright King, represented their client DJ who was charged with tax fraud of over £800,000.

After negotiations, he was eventually sentenced on 21.2.22 on the basis of evading £414,000 and sentenced to 18 months suspended for two years.
