St Philips Chambers are delighted to announce that Juliet Allen has joined their Family Team.
Juliet practices exclusively in the area of Financial Remedies and has a particular interest in cases which involve family trusts. Her practice includes matters involving complex business arrangements, unusual trust structures, analysis of business accounts, farming cases and proceedings where there are issues of non-disclosure or dissipation of assets.
Juliet also accepts instructions in relation to cohabitee disputes pursuant to the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and applications for financial provision pursuant to Schedule 1 of the Children act 1989.
Legal commentators note that Juliet “is a rising star” who is “exceptionally thorough in her preparation as well as tenacious in her presentation.”
