Henry Skudra successfully prosecutes landowner breaching an enforcement notice

Henry Skudra has successfully prosecuted a landowner, recovering over £100,000 for Flintshire County Council.

The landowner had for almost 4 years operated a business which placed him in breach of an enforcement notice issued by the Council in March 2019. 

Inter alia issues of proper and effective service were challenged. Following conviction, he was ordered to pay a £6,000.00 fine plus £70,000.00 in compensation and £30,859.84 in costs.
