Henry Skudra secures successful outcome in Traffic Commissioner public inquiry

Henry represented a p.c.v. licence holder who had struck a railway bridge in a public inquiry before the Traffic Commissioner.

The starting point in the relevant guidance was for revocation of the licence and disqualification for six months.

Following the submission of evidence, Henry’s advice and his extensive written and oral submissions, the Traffic Commissioner was persuaded not to revoke the licence and to reduce the outcome to a suspension of only 8 weeks.
