Henry Skudra Joins Chambers’ Regulatory & Criminal Groups

We are thrilled to announce that Henry Skudra has joined Chambers.

Henry joins our Regulatory and Crime Groups, with significant experience in complex confiscation, asset recovery, regulatory law, and financial crime. He has a proven track record in multi-million-pound cases involving intricate legal issues and sensitive international matters.

Henry also accepts taxation, quasi-criminal and private prosecution work.

His authority is underscored by his joint editorship of Millington and Sutherland Williams on the Proceeds of Crime and his appointments as a Level B specialist regulatory advocate, Grade 4 proceeds of crime/ confiscation prosecutor and SFO panel member.
