With the recent return to some of the pre-pandemic rules and requirements, Raghav Trivedi shall be providing a guide on how to best prepare a residential possession claim based on rent arrears under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy pursuant to Section 8 and Grounds 8, 10 and 11 of Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1988. Raghav will be looking at recent updates, common pitfalls and how to avoid them and provide a guide as to best preparation for the first substantive possession hearing.
