St Philips Chambers are delighted to announce that Francesca Fothergill will be joining their Family Law Team from Monday 30th November 2015.
Francesca moves to Birmingham as an established and well respected family practitioner, specialising in matrimonial finance work. She is used to representing high net worth clients and she is adept at dealing with forensic accountancy, tax, trusts and inheritance issues. Francesca is renowned nationally for her extensive experience in farming and landed estates cases. Early in her career, Francesca worked in Brussels and she continues to expand her international practice, dealing with jurisdictional disputes and pre-nuptial agreements.
At home, Francesca finds herself fully occupied with 3 children, 3 dogs and a selection of hens. Hill walking and cycling are enjoyed by Francesca in equal measure, preferably in the remotest parts of Scotland and the Western Isles.
Senior Family Clerk, Mark Mansell, commented: “We are very fortunate that Francesca chose St Philips over any number of other sets and she will undoubtedly bolster our existing Financial Remedies Team. Her decision to join St Philips Chambers is indicative of the high regard in which our Family Finance Team is held within the legal marketplace”
