We recognise that clients demand specialist knowledge from barristers who are technically astute, excellent in court and aware of wider commercial issues and personable.
The Employment Group is delighted to announce the arrival of Ed Williams QC as an employment Door Tenant.
Ed may already been known to many of you having been a pupil and subsequently a tenant at St Philips between 2000-2006, when he then made the move to Cloisters in London to specialize in employment related commercial law and in discrimination law.
He took Silk earlier this year and his arrival will be a welcome boost to the group, especially now that Ed Pepperall QC has been elevated to the High Court Bench. Ed Williams QC has a stellar appellate and multi-day trial practice in employment related commercial law and in discrimination law. He is named by the Legal 500, Chambers and Partners, Who’s Who Legal and Legal Experts as a leader in his field. Over the past twenty four months Ed has been instructed in a number of high profile and significant cases in the Court of Appeal, High Court, EAT and Employment Tribunal.
Senior Employment Clerk, Gary Carney said: “We are delighted to welcome Ed back to St Philips. Having clerked him before at Cloisters, I know only too well the exceptional skills and high service level he will bring to the group.”
If you would like to make any enquiries regarding Ed, then please contact Gary Carney.
