We are pleased to announce a new webinar from our Employment Group; Data, DSARs, and Disclosure.

Connor Wright and Felix Levay will look at the growing use of data subject access requests as a form of pre-action disclosure.

They will discuss ways to minimise the impact of DSARs on potential claims, what exemptions are available concerning sensitive information, and how the UK GDPR may change under the new Data (Use and Access) Bill.

The talk also considers the consequences of getting it wrong: how do data subjects bring claims in the Civil Courts, and what sort of damages are available?
