Darron Whitehead secures murder convictions after man is killed by two teenagers at skate park

Darron Whitehead, led by Gordon Aspden KC, has secured murder convictions for two teenagers after the death of a 24 year old man at a skate park in Nottingham. The defendants were recruited to attend the skate park after the deceased offended some young females. They subsequently threw bricks with such force as to kill.

Each defendant argued self-defence at trial but the jury convicted both of murder after two days of deliberation.
