In October 2023 Julie Duane represented the Claimant during a multi-day final hearing.

On the first day of the hearing the Claimant’s application to strike out the response was successful due to the Respondent’s repeated non-compliance with Tribunal Orders. The Tribunal then went on to conclude that the claims as advanced should succeed.

The hearing then proceeded to a remedy hearing whereby C was awarded damages in excess of £25,000.
