Charles Blatchford, led by Mohammed Nawaz KC of Lincoln House Chambers, acted for one of three defendants in a seven-week murder trial at Leeds Crown Court. The three defendants, accused of fatally stabbing teenager Emmanuel Nyabako over the Leeds Carnival weekend, were convicted after 4.5 days of jury deliberation and sentenced to life with a minimum of 27 years.
